Job Summary

Miami First Remodeling is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/Production Admin to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull permits and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Dispatch jobs and manage technician schedules to maximize efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including QuickBooks and other administrative systems

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a construction or administrative role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
