Regional Sales Development Representative

AMS Retail Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with store associates and management teams to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product placement and merchandising
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to store associates and management teams
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to stay informed about sales trends and customer needs
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a retail or sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed
- Valid driver's license and insurance
