Position Summary:
In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Commercial Sales Manager and become part of a dynamic sales team dedicated to expanding our commercial clientele. The position offers significant earning potential, combining a competitive salary with commission opportunities. Your primary focus will be on various sectors, including dining establishments, convenience stores, corporate offices, large venues, retail complexes, and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a proactive prospecting approach to uncover new business opportunities.
- Effectively manage both immediate and long-term sales pipelines to drive revenue growth.
- Engage in negotiations and finalize contracts with new clients.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales frameworks and reporting systems.
- Maintain regular communication across departments to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
- Consistently achieve or surpass established sales targets.
Compensation Structure:
- Base salary plus commission incentives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B-to-B sales.
- Experience in industrial or commercial B-to-B sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- A proactive, hunter-style sales approach.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
