Overview:
As a key member of our sales team, reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Sales Manager, you will be part of a dynamic sales force dedicated to expanding our commercial client portfolio. This role offers significant earning potential, combining a competitive salary with commission opportunities. Our primary clientele encompasses a diverse range of sectors including dining establishments, convenience stores, corporate offices, large facilities, entertainment venues, retail developments, and healthcare properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a proactive prospecting strategy to uncover new business opportunities.
- Effectively manage both short-term and long-term sales pipelines to drive new revenue.
- Engage in negotiations and successfully close sales deals.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales frameworks and reporting systems.
- Maintain regular communication across various departments to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
- Consistently meet or surpass established sales targets.
- Base salary plus commission structure.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B-to-B sales.
- Experience in industrial or commercial B-to-B sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- A strong hunter mentality in sales.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
