Work Environment

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Current Florida RN Licensure or recognized compact licensure.
  • Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  • Preferred certifications such as TNCC and CEN.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in medical-surgical or emergency nursing.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities and the capacity to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
