Role Responsibilities
As an Emergency Department RN, you will provide critical care to patients in urgent situations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and planning patient care needs.
- Prioritizing care based on urgency and available resources.
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
- Documenting patient conditions accurately using our electronic systems.
- Delivering culturally competent care tailored to individual patient needs.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Current Florida RN Licensure or Compact Licensure.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Preferred certifications such as TNCC and CEN.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Medical/Surgical or Emergency Nursing.
- Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
- Critical thinking abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
