Role Responsibilities
As an Emergency Department RN, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and evaluating patient care requirements.
- Prioritizing care based on patient acuity and available resources.
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- Current Florida RN Licensure or Compact Licensure.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Preferred certifications in TNCC and CEN.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Medical/Surgical or Emergency Nursing.
- Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
- Critical thinking abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
