Private Client Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Account Executive to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing insurance programs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and develop strategic insurance programs to meet their needs
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide recommendations for insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and carriers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- 5-7 years of experience in private client account management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
