Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and precise information to incoming borrower inquiries, as well as initiate outgoing calls.
- Manage servicing for both delinquent and current mortgage accounts.
- Respond to general inquiries regarding mortgage loan accounts.
- Process payments from clients over the phone.
- Assist clients in navigating the website for payment and account details.
- Identify financial difficulties and connect borrowers with loss mitigation representatives.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and adherence to internal policies.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of prior experience in customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based role.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
- Strong customer/client focus.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
