Administrative/Financial Coordinator

The Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences at The University of Oklahoma is seeking a highly skilled Administrative/Financial Coordinator to provide professional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative duties, including ordering supplies, setting up meetings, and tracking expenses.
  • Coordinate and manage departmental account budgets, including university, grants, endowments, and OU Foundation funds.
  • Reconcile monthly financial reports and clear outstanding expenses.
  • Coordinate usage of the Armory and associated classrooms for university functions.
  • Maintain staff and student rosters, unit schedule, and calendar.
  • Manage the Army ROTC Alumni database and coordinate semi-annual meetings.
  • Coordinate annual departmental functions, including the Alumni Ball and Commissioning ceremonies.
  • Manage all Army and university orders, instructions, and directives.
  • Maintain confidential records and track time-sensitive documents.
  • Coordinate affiliate appointments, renewals, and records.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of university and department policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the Recruiting Officer and provide information to prospective students.
  • Serve as the departmental liaison with the College Dean's Office, Shared Business Services, and other departments.
