Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure timely responses, monitor order status, check inventory levels, and track shipments
- Deliver detailed product information and pricing
- Review, analyze, and respond to emails within established timeframes
- Manage quality assurance requests from the order entry team
- Process orders, credits, and return authorizations
- Investigate and resolve customer issues
- Handle XML and EDI orders
- Manage demo requests
- Process warranty and replacement orders
- Modify or cancel purchase orders as necessary
- Conduct inventory checks as required
- Communicate with the corporate product and pricing coordinator
- Address corporate portal customer requests
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings as required
- Review reports as necessary
- Facilitate showroom appointments and assist customers in the showroom
- Support the literature program, including inventory management and replenishment
- Organize and file documents according to local guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders and addressing inquiries appropriately
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities to meet deadlines and evolving objectives
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
