Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Ensure timely responses, monitor order status, check inventory levels, and track shipments
  • Deliver detailed product information and pricing
  • Review, analyze, and respond to emails within established timeframes
  • Manage quality assurance requests from the order entry team
  • Process orders, credits, and return authorizations
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Handle XML and EDI orders
  • Manage demo requests
  • Process warranty and replacement orders
  • Modify or cancel purchase orders as necessary
  • Conduct inventory checks as required
  • Communicate with the corporate product and pricing coordinator
  • Address corporate portal customer requests
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings as required
  • Review reports as necessary
  • Facilitate showroom appointments and assist customers in the showroom
  • Support the literature program, including inventory management and replenishment
  • Organize and file documents according to local guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to resolve issues efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders and addressing inquiries appropriately
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities to meet deadlines and evolving objectives

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
