Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales advisors, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the solar energy industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
