Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff such as Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists in customer service, sales, and service quality.
  • Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to the team through daily coaching.
  • Foster a vibrant high-performance culture where employees enjoy coming to work.
  • Enhance business operations through effective scheduling.
  • Proactively address any customer concerns and educate the team on improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze business metrics and drive key performance indicators through strategic action planning and leveraging team strengths.
  • Complete administrative duties such as payroll and inventory management promptly while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work 40+ hours per week; this is a full-time role.
  • Previous management experience in retail or the beauty sector is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, task management, and delegation abilities.
  • Proven sales experience in a commission-based environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the capability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to drive results through team collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.
