Job Summary:

This role serves as a member of the store's leadership team and ensures the effective and efficient functioning of the store's overall retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Assist with the review and maintenance of inventory procedures
  • Assist with vendor ordering and review of invoicing
  • Order, clean, and rotate merchandise
  • Check-in and meet with vendors
  • Price and stock merchandise, build displays
  • Learn and become proficient with daily data collection and input into the system
  • Process invoices, mark-ups, mark-downs, and price changes
  • Assist in training and motivating store employees
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Perform cashier and attendant duties
  • Assist with maintaining the store's site image inside and out
  • Enforce and abide by all corporate policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimal education of high school graduate or GED
  • Experience with handling money
  • Must be flexible to work various schedules
  • Must have the ability to accurately handle money
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must possess excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be capable of effectively communicating with customers and employees
  • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to work 2-10pm
  • Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of the shift
  • Regularly lift and or move up to 20 lbs.
  • Exposure to variable temperatures
  • Work with cleaning solvents and chemicals
  • Daily exposure to gasoline and oil products
