Overview

Roto-Rooter, a leading provider of plumbing and drain cleaning services, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. With over 80 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) to manage administrative tasks
  • Work independently with a high level of motivation and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Collect and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with 3-5 years of collections experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to multitask.
