Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant 3 to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, coordinating departmental operations, and performing complex administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement administrative support functions, including scheduling, data entry, and documentation management.
  • Provide training and assistance to lower-level employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into various systems.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of department operations and infrastructure to perform administrative processes, including policy implementation and procedure development.
  • Handle complex clerical and administrative issues, escalating only the most critical issues to senior staff.
Requirements
