Job Responsibilities

As a Lobby Service Ambassador, you will engage with clients, guests, vendors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and reception area. Your role will involve:

  • Warmly greeting guests and efficiently managing their check-in process.
  • Understanding client culture and maintaining transparency as a representative of the client.
  • Overseeing visitor greeting processes and staying informed about daily activities and changes.
  • Being the first point of contact for inquiries and emergencies, demonstrating alertness and ownership of any arising challenges.
  • Conducting inspections of room appearances and collaborating with building operations to uphold facility standards.
  • Managing reception desk communications, including directing calls and handling messages.
  • Communicating requests to internal support teams as necessary.
  • Being knowledgeable about emergency procedures and prepared to act in case of incidents.
  • Maintaining the signature hospitality look and troubleshooting various guest requests.
  • Supporting the Guest Services Manager to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Acting as a resource for guests regarding hospitality services.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Client Engagement

In this role, you will:

  • Greet all visitors, ensuring eye contact and a friendly demeanor.
  • Promptly acknowledge clients with a warm welcome.
  • Proactively address inquiries and collaborate with the Hospitality Services Manager as needed.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless transitions for guests.
Team Collaboration

Effective communication is key. You will:

  • Maintain clear communication with peers and management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay informed about business activities and share updates with your team.
  • Assist in training new associates and participate in cross-training opportunities.

  • Adhere to uniform and presentation standards.
  • Discuss any training needs with your supervisor.
