Position Summary

As a Floating Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of hospitality professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to cover the reception and lobby areas as needed, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all clients, guests, vendors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting all visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Efficiently manage the reception desk, including check-ins and directing guests to their destinations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client culture and activities to enhance transparency and service.
  • Oversee visitor greeting processes and stay informed about daily meetings and any changes.
  • Handle emergencies and challenges with poise, following established protocols.
  • Conduct inspections of room appearances and collaborate with Building Operations to ensure facilities are well-maintained.
  • Prepare welcome packages and ensure conference rooms are equipped with necessary materials.
  • Manage incoming calls and messages, ensuring effective communication with all departments.
  • Support the Hospitality Services Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure seamless transitions for guests. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a strong awareness of business activities will be crucial in this role.

Uphold a professional demeanor and adhere to uniform standards at all times. Your commitment to personal presentation reflects our dedication to quality service.

Work Environment
