This position is essential in helping our clients foster robust connections with potential customers, secure new accounts, boost annual sales figures, and broaden their market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with prospective business clients to present our offerings and cultivate enduring customer relationships.
  • Inform potential clients about our current products, promotional offers, and enhanced services.
  • Support clients in acquiring new accounts and managing market expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Account Managers to gain comprehensive insights into our clients' marketing initiatives, sales tactics, and objectives.
  • Review client contracts, address any concerns, and negotiate terms through strategic upselling of products and services that benefit both parties.
  • Participate in all scheduled conference calls and on-site training sessions to remain updated on client sales performance.
  • Work in tandem with fellow Telecommunications Account Representatives, Sales Associates, and Marketing Representatives to ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar leadership positions is advantageous.
  • Exhibits a positive demeanor and a strong desire to cultivate leadership skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrates both independence and adaptability in collaborative settings.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Possesses excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for onsite responsibilities.
