Mimica Automation is dedicated to enhancing the discovery and implementation of automation through artificial intelligence.
Our flagship product, Mapper, learns from user interactions, pinpointing essential steps, decisions, and repetitive tasks to create detailed "blueprints" for automation. It currently aids RPA teams in developing software bots for routine computer activities such as data entry, form completion, and claims processing. In addition to generating process maps, we have launched Miner, a tool that assists organizations in identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities.
Your Mission
As the inaugural hire in Business Strategy & Operations, you will take a comprehensive view of Mimica's requirements and provide insights on how to meet objectives and execute strategic initiatives. Your operational contributions will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue teams. You will operate at the nexus of processes, technology, and data, aiming to align revenue-generating functions to facilitate growth and optimize operations. This role presents a unique chance to understand the dynamics of a rapidly growing company and significantly influence its success.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting analysis and research to guide decisions and address complex strategic and operational challenges affecting the organization.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of Mimica's competitive landscape, generating market insights, and providing recommendations to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and the executive team to foster growth.
- Overseeing and refining our revenue technology stack to ensure effective integration, smooth data flow, and precise reporting.
- Offering deal desk support to streamline the opportunity management process, including documentation maintenance and team training.
- Assisting in quota establishment, performance monitoring, and managing compensation frameworks, including commission calculations and approvals for quota-carrying representatives.
- Creating reports, dashboards, presentations, and supporting materials for forecast evaluations, quarterly business reviews, and shareholder meetings.
- Supporting fundraising initiatives and leading special projects such as research grants, R&D tax credits, and 409a valuations.
- Independently defining and initiating new strategic projects, contributing to the overall growth and success of Mimica.
Requirements
- Experience in strategy consulting, finance, operations, or a revenue-centric role within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects from conception to execution, driving cross-functional collaboration and achieving significant outcomes.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, with a strong aptitude for utilizing data to derive insights that guide decision-making.
- Proficiency in productivity and project management software.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including senior management.
- A strategic mindset, combined with a readiness to engage in detailed execution of tactical tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a proactive approach to continuously enhance skills, improve team processes, and minimize inefficiencies.
- Experience in developing processes for Go-To-Market teams and successfully implementing them, or optimizing related systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
- Familiarity with automation/RPA, process transformation, AI, or related fields.
- Comfortable operating in high-growth environments – delivering value quickly and iteratively.
- Experience as an early-stage employee at a startup – establishing processes, structures, and documentation.
