Your Role

As the inaugural hire in Business Strategy & Operations, you will take a holistic view of Mimica's strategic needs, providing valuable insights to achieve our objectives and manage critical projects. Your work will be pivotal in enhancing the productivity of our revenue teams by integrating processes, technology, and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth analysis and research to guide strategic decisions and address complex operational challenges.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of Mimica's market position and providing actionable insights to various teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Overseeing and refining our revenue technology stack to ensure seamless integration and accurate data reporting.
  • Facilitating deal desk operations to optimize opportunity management, including documentation maintenance and team training.
  • Supporting quota management, performance tracking, and compensation plan administration.
  • Creating analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for performance reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Contributing to fundraising initiatives and managing special projects, including research grants and tax credits.
  • Proactively identifying and launching new strategic initiatives to drive Mimica's growth.
Qualifications
  • Experience in strategy consulting, finance, operations, or a revenue-centric role within the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic projects from conception to execution, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for leveraging data to derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with productivity and project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • A strategic mindset complemented by a detail-oriented approach to execution.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a proactive attitude towards personal and team development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing and implementing processes for Go-To-Market teams and optimizing systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of automation, RPA, and AI technologies.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments, delivering value iteratively.
  • Background as an early-stage employee in a startup, contributing to process creation and documentation.
