Position Summary:
EHE Health is in search of a skilled Senior Marketing Automation Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our automated marketing initiatives. This individual will be the primary authority on all email-related activities, overseeing the setup, deployment, and analytical assessment of our comprehensive multi-touch email nurture streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for constructing and launching multi-touch, logic-driven nurture streams within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage and enhance various email segmentation criteria in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring compliance with specific client preferences regarding email frequency, content personalization, and audience targeting for optimal engagement.
- Serve as the principal Salesforce Marketing Cloud power user, overseeing its maintenance and ongoing development.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- Establish, maintain, and document scalable processes that ensure adherence to best practices for our go-to-market strategies.
- Troubleshoot system integrations and drive the implementation of new systems as necessary.
- Conduct campaign analytics and reporting, sharing insights with relevant departments to drive program improvements.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for email campaigns.
- Enhance email campaign results through testing of subject lines, creative elements, and copy.
- Maintain expertise in email best practices, deliverability, and compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations.
- Ensure consistent rendering of email campaigns across various webmail and app-based email clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytically oriented field (e.g., Science, Technology, Finance).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and content design relevant to the creation and deployment of email campaigns.
- Familiarity with basic SQL queries.
- Experience in executing A/B and multivariate testing initiatives.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving basic rendering issues in email code.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Background in marketing funnel automation, operations, and analytics.
- Proven ability to construct complex nurture streams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic marketing environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Adept at managing competing demands and expectations.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience in web analytics and web development is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
