Position Overview:
The Marketing Technology Specialist will serve as a key player in overseeing and executing a variety of marketing technologies within CTP. This role is essential for comprehending organizational requirements, pinpointing the right technological solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation to elevate marketing initiatives. The Specialist will significantly contribute to the development of business strategies and solutions aimed at enhancing the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Marketing Technology team, acting as the primary authority on marketing technologies.
- Assess organizational needs and determine appropriate technological solutions to enhance marketing performance.
- Drive strategic initiatives and solutions that bolster the company's growth and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with IT, sales, Data & Analytics, and other departments.
- Engage with platforms such as CMS, CRS, and AdTech, implement marketing automation systems, analyze data, and refine SEO strategies.
- Integrate diverse technologies to establish a unified and efficient marketing technology framework.
- Implement and oversee technologies that streamline marketing workflows, boost customer interaction, and improve the overall efficacy of marketing strategies.
- Work with various technologies and applications including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Real-Time CDP.
- Participate in solution design discussions, architectural decisions, code reviews, and promote agile delivery practices focusing on quality, CI/CD, and industry best practices.
- Govern initiatives that align with overarching enterprise architecture guidelines and principles.
- Collaborate with broader Enterprise Architecture teams for vendor assessments, heat maps, and long-term IT investment strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of various marketing technologies and tools.
- Proficient in data analysis and knowledgeable in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in governing initiatives that adhere to enterprise architecture guidelines and principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Real-Time CDP.
- Demonstrated success in implementing marketing automation tools and optimizing SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methods and CI/CD best practices.
