Executive Level Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Level Support Engineer to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage level 3 support issues for executive team members, providing direction and training to support team members handling L1 and L2 requests.
  • Develop processes with new and existing technology to ensure seamless execution.
  • Determine hardware and software configurations that best serve business requirements.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Define technical requirements for applications and processes, designing system requirements based on user and business specifications.
  • Develop and deploy new hardware and software solutions, documenting processes for internal and client purposes.
  • Provide proactive support to the executive team, addressing concerns and providing solutions to meeting room and event meeting issues.
  • Prioritize and maintain issue logs in Service Now, coordinating frequent communication with executive team members.
  • Manage expectations with executives and executive administrators, providing white-glove support in A/V rooms and performing testing and troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and Visio.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work occasionally outside business hours to support security incident response, project work, or maintenance window activities.
  • Experience in responding with the highest level of professionalism in stressful, urgent situations.
  • Technical understanding of IT networks, Audio/Video rooms, and IT applications.
  • Proficient in computer-related AV applications, systems, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and analytic, problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable confidentiality, attention to detail, and self-organization.
  • Self-directed and motivated with a positive and willing attitude.
