The Senior Integration Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's integration initiatives. This position is integral to the ExCAL program, which focuses on enhancing business platforms, including Field Service Management (FSM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

The objective is to strategically transition various operating units onto these platforms, ensuring that value is maximized while minimizing any operational disruptions.

This program also involves discussions around legal entity optimization and the establishment of shared services to facilitate system transitions.

The scope encompasses both business transformation and technological advancements across the organization over the next few years.


Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Integration Solutions Engineer will be crucial in collaborating with the existing integration team to devise high-quality integration solutions.

This role will manage the design, development, and execution of comprehensive integration solutions, ensuring alignment with both program and organizational objectives.

Collaboration with platform teams, stakeholders from various operating units, corporate functions, and vendor integration partners will be essential to achieve project goals.

Utilizing established integration methodologies and best practices, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), will be a fundamental aspect of this role.


Essential Duties:
  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with IT and program teams to align integration strategies and plan their execution.
  • Work alongside system integration partners to effectively coordinate and lead the implementation of integrations across platforms.
  • Oversee solution architecture, design, development, and testing efforts for application integration projects, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Assist in development tasks as necessary.
  • Create, review, and approve comprehensive documentation for integration processes to maintain clarity and consistency.
  • Ensure that new application integrations are compatible with existing integrations.
  • Present integration designs to the Architecture Review Board, incorporating feedback as needed.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance integration solutions, promoting continuous improvement and scalability.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for integration-related challenges, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Mentor and guide team members on best practices in integration design and development.
  • Manage the integration team focused on Boomi and OIC integrations, ensuring their stability and reliability.
  • Offer guidance to broader technical teams in critical situations.
  • Lead the creation of Knowledge Transfer documentation for seamless handover of integrations.
  • Stay informed about emerging integration technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve integration capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in integration engineering roles.
  • Expertise in middleware integration tools, particularly Boomi and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven history of delivering high-quality integration solutions within established timelines and budgets.
  • Comfortable working within a matrix reporting structure.
  • Experience in an onshore-offshore delivery model across time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
