Join our team as an Integration Solutions Engineer, where you will be instrumental in developing top-tier, user-friendly integration solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders and IT professionals to architect, create, and deploy effective integration solutions that fulfill the requirements of our organization and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and enhance our integration platform, ensuring its performance, scalability, and dependability.
  • Design, construct, and execute integration solutions that align with business objectives and promote operational efficiency.
  • Work with stakeholders and IT teams to collect integration requirements and convert them into technical documentation.
  • Establish and sustain integrations across diverse systems, ensuring smooth communication and data exchange.
  • Provide proactive troubleshooting and support for integration-related challenges, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on business activities.
  • Deliver expert advice and best practices to the Technical Support team, assisting in critical and urgent situations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to refine and enhance integration solutions, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about new integration technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve our integration capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in integration engineering roles.
  • Expertise in middleware integration tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Informatica.
  • Strong grasp of integration patterns and industry best practices.
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality integration solutions within set timelines and budgets.

Compensation and Benefits:
