Position Overview:

The Business Strategy & Growth (BS&G) division is on the lookout for a Vice President of Business Operations to oversee the business management support for our Managing Director & Chief Growth Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement operational processes within BS&G.
  • Act as the chief architect and primary liaison for various cross-functional initiatives (Human Capital, Finance, Real Estate, Conferences, etc.), advocating for BS&G while challenging existing practices and negotiating innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the BS&G budget, addressing opportunities and challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with BS&G leadership to track, communicate, and achieve progress against established goals and objectives.
  • Manage the reporting process for the Board of Directors, ensuring timely delivery of all BS&G outputs.
  • Develop documents, frameworks, and analyses (both quantitative and qualitative) to address critical business challenges.
  • Facilitate alignment within BS&G by organizing employee town halls and leadership meetings.
  • Identify areas for enhancement and propose actionable recommendations for improvement within the current operational framework.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to BS&G leaders, aiding in the management of their teams and driving essential initiatives.
  • Provide expertise on Incentive Compensation Plan design and administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating large-scale initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to manage projects and achieve results within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Comfortable managing diverse responsibilities and adapting to shifting priorities.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $138,000 - $231,000. Actual base salary varies based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, and demonstrated performance.
