Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to provide comprehensive support across various corporate functions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering effective HR services, spearheading talent management initiatives, and collaborating with different departments to address their human resource needs. This position demands strong HR acumen, exceptional communication abilities, and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, development, and separation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess HR requirements and deliver solutions that enhance team performance and engagement.
  • Lead talent management and succession planning efforts to cultivate a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Facilitate the creation and implementation of training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies.
  • Promote effective communication and manage change initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations while maintaining current knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Address employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism, providing guidance and resolutions as necessary.
  • Leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and refine HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven ability to deliver HR support across multiple functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
