Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are currently in search of a skilled Level 3 Technician to become a vital part of our team in an onsite capacity. This position involves regular engagement with clients through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, and instant messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of operating systems on client laptops.
- Migration of client data to new devices.
- Providing advanced troubleshooting and repair support for software and hardware issues.
- Collecting surplus equipment from users.
- Preparing outdated equipment for proper disposal and recycling.
- Processing returned assets from departing clients, including cleaning and testing for redeployment.
- Managing the loading and unloading of assets into storage lockers.
- Updating and closing tasks within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensuring that all client inventory assets are organized and maintained in a professional manner.
- Communicating with clients regarding asset collection.
- Overseeing and updating the client ticketing system and database.
- Testing and cleaning laptops for optimal performance.
- Assisting with inventory audits as needed.
- Managing inventory counts and updating peripheral tools on a daily basis.
- Distributing equipment across various client and non-client locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs independently.
- Capability to walk, sit, stand, crawl, and kneel for extended periods.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word), as well as Windows 8 and Windows 10.
- Technical certifications are preferred.
