We are currently in search of a skilled Level 3 Technician to become a part of our team in an onsite capacity. This position involves regular engagement with clients both face-to-face and through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of operating systems on client laptops
- Data migration for clients transitioning to new laptops
- Providing advanced troubleshooting and repair support for software and hardware issues
- Collecting surplus equipment from users
- Preparing outdated equipment for proper disposal and recycling
- Processing returned assets from departing clients, including cleaning and testing systems for reuse
- Managing the loading and unloading of assets into storage lockers
- Updating and closing tasks within the ServiceNow platform
- Ensuring that all client inventory assets are organized and maintained in a professional manner
- Communicating with clients regarding asset collection
- Overseeing and updating the client ticketing system and database
- Testing and sanitizing laptops
- Assisting with asset inventory audits as needed
- Managing inventory counts and daily updates to the peripheral tool
- Distributing equipment across various Client and non-Client locations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs independently
- Capability to walk, sit, stand, crawl, and kneel for extended durations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word), as well as Windows 8 and Windows 10
- Technical certifications are preferred
