Job Summary

The Senior Service Engineer and Trainer is a key member of our team at Pinnacle Professional Services, responsible for providing technical service and training to our clients. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Service: Provide technical support and service to clients, including installation, testing, and repair of our energy storage systems.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use our products.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and training.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all technical service and training activities meet our high standards of quality and excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of field service engineering or related work experience, with at least 5 years of training experience in a fast-paced industry.
  • Skills: Proven ability to read and understand schematics, layouts, and engineering blueprints; expert-level capability to plan work and repair equipment; and proficiency in various software programs, including MS Office and Modbus.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make analytical decisions and work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, and traveling to client sites. The ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds, and to work in a variety of weather conditions, is also required.
