Sales Manager Job Description

At Sky Jet Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Mentor: Guide, mentor, and develop the sales team, establishing clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting key markets, aligning them with the company's broader business development objectives.
  • Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with the business development team to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, driving strategic partnerships and market entry efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Execute plans that drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and contribute to overall company profitability, making informed decisions based on sales data.
  • Conduct Market Research: Perform thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities, collaborating with the business development team for targeted expansion initiatives.
  • Negotiate Deals: Lead negotiations on high-value deals, aligning terms with company goals for profitability and sustainability.
  • Provide Sales Reports: Deliver regular, detailed reports to senior management on team performance, sales forecasts, market trends, and growth opportunities, refining the sales approach as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive strategy supporting both sales and overall company growth.

  • Client Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in client relationship management and business development.
  • Revenue Growth: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for assessing sales data and market trends.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and experience closing high-value deals.
  • Communication Skills: Capable of providing detailed sales reports and insights to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
