About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Gianni Versace S.r.l. as a General Manager at our South Coast Plaza location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Analyze the business, propose action plans to reach objectives, improve results, and support key business strategies.
  • Partner with Regional Director: Maximize sales and margin goals by working closely with the Regional Director.
  • Develop Business Strategies: Set achievable goals and targets, and implement incentives to boost sales.
Team Management
  • Attract and Develop Talent: Lead a high-performance team through effective training and coaching.
  • Set Objectives and Hold Accountable: Set personalized objectives and hold each team member accountable to develop behavior, performance, and capabilities.
  • Create a Dynamic Environment: Foster a dynamic environment that motivates employees to maximize team spirit and promote teamwork.
Client Management
  • Build Relationships: Be a brand ambassador and build relationships with Versace clients, setting an example for the team by engaging in customer interactions to deliver the Versace experience.
  • Monitor Customer Database: Ensure the team manages their customer database effectively, taking actions to maintain relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Store Management and Operations
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency: Ensure the stock and backroom are effectively managed, and operational duties are completed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with luxury experience preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
  • Relationship Skills: Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding the needs and changes of the market.
