Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager at Blake Jenevein - State Farm Agency Intern.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide Prompt and Accurate Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to their insurance and financial needs.
  • Promote Successful Customer Relations: Foster long-term relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing relevant products and services to meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Sales: Previous experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client relationships, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Marketing and Sales Skills: Ability to market products and services based on customer needs, with a focus on identifying and meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on anticipating and meeting customer needs.
