Client Relationship Specialist

Overview
This position serves as a vital link between the organization and its clients, focusing on account management and relationship-building initiatives. Under the guidance of business development leadership, the role is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing customer service challenges, and providing ongoing training and support for both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and nurture relationships with clients and network partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. Identify areas for improvement and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction. This may involve coordinating discussions with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
2. Attend client meetings and industry conferences to strengthen relationships with current customers at all organizational levels, while also generating leads for potential clients by effectively showcasing the services offered by Dragonfly Health.
3. Comprehend client contracts, including terms, renewal dates, and service amendments, to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements that align with both client needs and company profitability goals.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including Network Management, Sales, and Implementation, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Conduct educational sessions through various formats to keep clients informed about Dragonfly Health's operations and initiatives.
5. Monitor client interactions and provide analytical reports that offer insights into operational performance, while advocating for changes that enhance productivity and profitability.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate records in the contact management database to track client interactions and ensure timely updates on activities and reports.
2. Implement the client engagement strategy in alignment with annual goals.
3. Distribute client surveys promptly and manage follow-up processes effectively.
4. Undertake other duties as required.
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in sales or account management is required, with a preference for candidates with three to four years of professional experience. Familiarity with project management and training facilitation is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging clients and managing accounts effectively. A solid understanding of the durable medical equipment industry and healthcare operations is beneficial.
Travel Requirements
This role requires significant travel, including overnight trips, to meet with clients.
Work Environment
The position is primarily office-based or remote, with minimal exposure to hazardous conditions.
