Key Responsibilities- Process daily incoming and outgoing domestic and international wires, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Research and post incoming ACH return items, resolving customer inquiries and correcting errors.
- Process ACH deceased returns and reclamations, maintaining accurate records and communicating with stakeholders.
- Perform daily reconciliation of various ACH internal and general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Research and correct transactional errors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Two years' experience in banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of electronic funds transfer operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with office administrative skills and certification.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures, with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Proficient typing and computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent use of computer screens and attention to detail.
- Ability to concentrate on tasks, with occasional distractions and interruptions.
- Ability to lift and move files of up to 15 pounds, with occasional travel to attend meetings and training sessions.
