The Commons of Providence is thrilled to announce new openings for a Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN).

Work Schedule:
Part-time shifts available from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, with additional options of 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm (PRN).

Our picturesque campus near Lake Erie provides a variety of senior living services to our residents.

Salary Range:
$26 to $32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:


The Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN) is responsible for delivering resident care in alignment with the Nurse Practice Act. This role involves ensuring safe and therapeutic care throughout the resident's journey from admission to discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

The LPN will utilize nursing process principles to execute delegated care tasks for both residents and their families.

The primary objective of resident care is to restore and maintain each resident's identified capabilities at their highest mental and physical potential.


Qualifications:
Applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening. A current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Ohio is required, along with CPR certification. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
