Job Summary:

Growing People and Companies (GPAC), a leading search firm, is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will play a critical role in handling complex personal injury cases and providing exceptional support to our attorneys and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury cases, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and preparing for trials and hearings.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and effective communication and support throughout the litigation process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Highly Organized: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to accurately prepare and review legal documents and case materials.
