Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Automated System Design. As a key member of our Service Desk Commissioning Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our access control and video surveillance systems across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with vendors, technicians, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
  • Install, configure, update, and maintain access control systems, CCTV cameras, and related systems.
  • Direct onsite technicians through various technical solutions and provide guidance on system documentation and process manuals.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience with Service Now, IT Cares, or similar call center applications.
  • Strong network knowledge, including standard wiring, client LAN/WAN environments, and communication systems.
  • Background in multi-platform client computing, access control systems, and CCTV cameras.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
