Job DescriptionRemX is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Center Team Lead to oversee the smooth functioning of the Technical Operations Center. As the TOC Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the team's performance, serving as the primary point of escalation for management issues, and guiding the resolution of complex technical challenges. Your key responsibilities will encompass overseeing team performance, providing team training on new technologies, and working closely with boundary partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, installation, and support of all computer-based information systems for the department.
  • Provide team training on new technologies, products, services, and processes.
  • Work closely with boundary partners.
  • Work with TOC management on strategic planning and project ownership.
  • Assist in managing team budget.
  • Help to identify deficiencies within the team.
  • Effectively manage team members in line with company culture and values, providing effective, valuable feedback timely and consistently.
  • Own documentation of various processes and procedures, solution implementations, and keep a version control.
  • Performing system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of IT incidents.
  • Managing and monitoring IT infrastructure security and compliance.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technical processes, functions, and requirements.


Requirements:
  • Reasonable understanding of Networks and Security fundamentals.
  • Minimum of Associate's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school.
  • At least two to five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of technical operations or as an IT technician is also required.
