Position Summary

As a Supervisor at Pacific Aviation, you will oversee a team of customer service agents. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional service delivery, monitoring flight operations, and enforcing safety protocols. This role reports directly to the Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the allocation of ground staff.
  • Verify staff attendance and coordinate schedules.
  • Oversee the implementation of all necessary procedures for flight handling.
  • Act as the commercial representative for airline accounts.
  • Ensure timely and efficient setup of staff with required equipment.
  • Monitor check-in equipment for operational readiness.
  • Facilitate team briefings and debriefings.
  • Ensure smooth flight turnarounds from check-in to departure.
  • Verify all flight-related actions.
  • Contribute to achieving Quality Department objectives.
  • Adhere to operational procedures and guidelines throughout the flight process.
  • Communicate any discrepancies in flight handling to the Account Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to address issues affecting flight quality.
  • Implement airline procedures while considering final operating instructions.
  • Document flight data accurately for Pacific Aviation and the airlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Maintain the professional appearance of agents and the proper care of equipment.
  • Assist in daily staff briefings and debriefings.
  • Resolve team conflicts and uphold work standards effectively.
  • Enforce safety policies and provide necessary tools for frontline staff to enhance safety performance.
  • Lead investigations into workplace incidents related to health and safety.
