We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Owner Mid-Level Bank to join our team at USAA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in planning, directing, and coordinating activities for moderately sophisticated and complex processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement process metrics and reporting to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to process stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our processes remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform process decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
