Business Process Owner Mid-Level Bank

The OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Business Process Owner Mid-Level Bank to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll plan, direct, and coordinate activities for moderately sophisticated and complex processes. You'll work closely with internal partners and customers to ensure alignment and effective execution of business processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and evaluating process requirements, designing and testing processes, and implementing process improvements.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation, including process maps and models.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate process risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing data-driven insights to inform process improvements and drive business outcomes.
- Supporting the development and implementation of process changes, including training and communication plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
- 4 years of business process execution, consulting, and/or process engineering/optimization experience.
- Experience with process mapping, modeling, and documentation, as well as quality management and problem-solving tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of process management standards, policies, and regulations, as well as federal laws and guidance.
