As a Vehicle Rental Consultant, your main focus will be to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting your colleagues. You will engage with customers to understand their rental requirements and strive to offer them upgraded vehicles and additional services that will enhance their overall experience. Each day will present new challenges and excitement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare rental agreements while advising customers on vehicle options and additional services tailored to their needs.

Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Achieve all sales and service performance standards.

Complete administrative tasks, including daily reports to assist the branch.

Communicate with customers via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist the branch with vehicle returns and turnaround as required.

Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

Your Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.

Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience in meeting sales targets or working in commission-based roles is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to adhere to established service and sales processes.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Effective organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to handle stressful or unusual situations while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Willingness to travel occasionally, including potential air travel.

Must be open to wearing company uniforms.

Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position now or in the future.

Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
