Position Summary:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey. Your passion for cars and strong communication abilities will enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a professional demeanor to identify their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
- Facilitate test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and performance.
- Maintain current knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently and in a customer-friendly manner.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with fellow sales team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Work towards achieving both individual and team sales objectives.
- Utilize effective sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a commitment to customer service.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales.
- Experience with luxury brand vehicles is a plus.
Compensation:
OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $75,000 - $225,000+ annually
Based on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Schedule:
FULL TIME
5 days on, 2 days off
Weekend availability required
Showroom Hours:
Monday - Saturday: 9am - 8pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
