Position Summary:

The Automotive Sales Appointment Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating sales meetings with potential customers who reach out to the dealership through various online channels regarding vehicle acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software and lead management systems to oversee inquiry processes, update customer records, and monitor customer engagement.
  • Accurately input all customer inquiry information into the CRM system.
  • Generate and arrange sales appointments effectively.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary reports, forms, and documentation promptly.
  • Receive training to gain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services available.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a high-volume call center, appointment scheduling, or commission-based sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Motivated to achieve and surpass appointment-setting targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment assessments, including background checks and drug screenings.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation Structure:

  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): $72,000 to $85,000+ annually
  • Based on meeting and exceeding performance metrics
  • The compensation package includes a base hourly wage of $19, with additional commission based on sales performance, and potential bonuses for individual or team achievements.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position, requiring 5 days of work per week with 2 days off.
  • Weekend availability is essential.
  • Mandatory shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Two closing shifts each week from 11:30 AM to 8 PM.
