Overview:
Hunsicker is a prominent player in the investment sector, focusing on a variety of asset classes, including real estate, private equity, and debt financing.

We are in search of a meticulous and skilled Financial Controller to become part of our dynamic team.

This role entails overseeing the financial operations for Hunsicker and its associated entities, as well as managing personal financial matters for the principal.

Our ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple financial responsibilities with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial transactions and accounting operations for Hunsicker and its subsidiaries.

• Maintain and reconcile accounts in the general ledger.

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with tax preparation and filing, including corporate and personal taxes.

• Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

• Develop and uphold accounting policies and procedures.

• Utilize financial software for effective management and reporting.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a corporate setting managing multiple entities.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and compliance regulations.

• Familiarity with tax preparation and filing processes.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the manufacturing or service sectors.

• Knowledge of personal financial management.
