Senior Financial Consultant Job Overview

A leading organization in the defense and aerospace sector is looking for a Senior Financial Consultant to enhance their financial team. The successful applicant will engage in various financial operations, which encompass the preparation and evaluation of budgets, cost analysis, and the generation of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial closeouts
  • Provide support during audits
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Reconcile actuals ledger
  • Implement and oversee SAP systems and controls
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Familiarity with accounting software
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Capability to engage with senior management
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
