Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all accounting and financial functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial performance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Experience in construction accounting, including progressive billing, work in progress (WIP), and job costing.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the renewable energy sector is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
