Property Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager Assistant to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall aspects of community operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in training all property staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and community staff by fostering a supportive culture.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space to reflect the company's high standards.
- Evaluate staff performance and conduct annual performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Counsel underperforming staff and provide constructive feedback to help them enhance their performance.
- Prepare and submit accurate timesheets and payroll adjustments in a timely manner.
- Work with the Regional Director to select community staff and assume primary responsibility for preliminary interviewing.
- Develop a working knowledge of affordable regulatory forms and documents to ensure compliance.
- Submit reports as specified on Residential One's timeline, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years' experience in residential leasing or property management.
- 1+ year's experience working with LIHTC/Section 8 property management.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Well-developed customer service and sales skills.
- A competitive salary range is $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
